When I was little I used to do that a lot cause my parents got divorced and I was separated from my sister.My step mother wouldn't let me see her or talk to her and for about a month or so I cried myself to sleep every night(I was crying all the time)

Probably a few times when I was a small child. Only once in later life - over the first girl who broke my heart. So it's been 20 years.
