Well you can't. The email, if is is from Yahoo service, will trace back to Yahoo, and you will have to get law enforcement to issue a subpoena for their records to get the registrant's name and other details, which they most likely will not do.
If the mail was not really from Yahoo, but from a 'spoofed' address, you can have the actual ip address traced (check on line, there are a number of ip tracker services) and see where it originally originated. But again, getting the company to turn over the information wll be a legal battle.

You can't find out anything...(unless you work for Yahoo). However, the law enforcement in your jurisdiction may look into the matter.

Well if you in USA can can call the FBI but I would report
him to the IT Person first in your Company who can log
is account.

Email them something that you think you could get them to call you about. When they call you, you will have their phone number and can back trace it from there.
