This almost happened to my boys once, several years ago. When they were nine and eleven, I almost got a Medical Neglect charge for refusing to give them psychiatric medications. They wanted the kids on the State so they could try out their meds! But our family doctor advocated for the boys and the SW had to close the case and go away.

It's pretty scary. There's been numerous reports of train car manufacturers working under government contract to build "human cargo cattle cars" equipped with nylon restraints and "guillotines".
