Is it really worth investing $$ for Bare Minerals makeup by Bare Essentials??

bare minerals by bare escentuals has been in business for 30 years, has won major awards (like glamour magazine), and is the ONLY brand recommended by the national skincancer foundation, because it is actually good for the skin, and has a natural spf 15. it is the absolute best make-up i've found in over 25 years, that doesn't irritate my dry, sensitive skin, or make me break out. the full size foundation costs 25.00, that's 2.08/month, but lasts me about one year, same with all their other products.it is way cheaper in the long run, than any cheap drugstore products.i actually spend less money per month on make-up since using bare minerals, but tie initially higher investment is definitely worth it. my skin has never looked better, or healthier. try it on for yourself at any ulta, sephora, macy's, or nordstrom store, to see, how it works for you, before making a decision. and, sorry, rramone, bee luscious sssucks. i am allergic to bee pollen, etc, the foundation costs 36.00, to be worn with the pressed powder for 30.00, now that is expensive.

Yes if you have clear skin. Bare Minerals will even out your skin tone and it's so natural you sleep in it. Other good points is it helped to clear up my friend's mild rosacea.

If you do not have clear skin and frequently break out you may not like this product.

The product wont break you out but it doesn't provide heavy coverage.

The product works great for all ages, not just young skin. It lasts most of the day. By the end of the day you may need more depending on how oily your skin is.

Bare Minerals contains BISMUTH a form of arsenic , LORD can you imagine and for saying the truth I am sure I will get these silly little thumbs down but I will clarify this. This product also contains talc and it does clog pores and irritate skin. A true and pure product that is very safe is BEE LUSCIOUS COSMETICS liquid powder mineral foundation now that's a WINNER !!!

I've heard it is really good by a ton of people, but when i tried it on it really didn't look great on me. I recommend you try it on at Sephora or Ulta and see how you like it. Try on other makeup as well. It's expensive, but if it is the best you can find, go for it! Plus, they say it lasts a long time and doesn't do harm to your skin.

Yes!!! I was so against buying it at first because I thought it was way too much to spend on makeup. But when you think about the time it lasts (forever) compared to drugstore makeup you have to buy often. It's a great deal. The way it makes my skin feel and look is completely worth the price. I love it. It help improve my skin too. It has a built in SPF 15 and it's pure so it won't clog your pores.

I bought Bare Minerals and wasn't happy with the results. Beside every brand of makeup(available at your local store) has their own version and are alot less expensive. So you might want to try that first.

I did buy from the tv ad, and I do like the makeup. However, I cancelled my membership because the makeup last so long, there is no way I'd use it all in 3 months. That being said, I will but more when I need it, and I especially love the bronzer!

It's an excellent investment. If you don't want to spend the money, many other makeup brands are coming out with similar foundation lines. I don't know how they are, but they won't break the bank.

I think so. I really like it but when I first bought the starter kit at Ulta I was really reluctant about swiping my credit card for it. But then you figure how long the stuff lasts because it lasted almost a whole year, so it really ends up costing about the same as any drugstore brand.

YESS!! it totally is! i just bought i like 2 weeks ago. and the first time i used it was like WOW!!

and the next time i saw my friends they were like "HOLLY CRAP; what did you do to your skin. it looks so good! are you even wearing make up??" and my mom even tried it and it she loves it. it makes her skin look alot younger!!

and its all natural, so its good for your skin and it wont make you break out!! it can actually improve your skin; its starting to for me!!

it makes your skin look flawless. take it from it really does work, i have acne scars and all kinds of blemishes. and when i wear bare minerals you cant even see them. but it looks like im not even wearing make up!
