Yes, if your parter has HIV or any sort of std, you will get it with or without a condom. I would advise you to make sure you know your partner well enough and make sure that they don't have any of these deseases, you will highly regret having sex later if you get HIV!

w/ a condom the only thing u can get are crabs and if the condom breaks then maybe something else
