I'm only barely aware of someone named Lindsay Lohan and really don't much about her, so that puts me in the 20%. I have better things to do with my time and mental energy than be all informed on the activities of celebrities. I would imagine the rest of the 20% feels the same way.

I am for more interested in what my state and national congressmen are doing than in the drama and comings and goings of celebrities.

I honestly don't know how that's possible. She gets mentioned on the radio stations, CNN, entertainment tonight, every show on E, and even on my local news and I live on the opposite side of the country.

I would understand if 20% of people didn't know who she was, but having never heard of her?? I wish I was that lucky.
