NOPE, diffrent types of memory, very incompatable. one wont fit in the others slot.

NO, even if your motherboard supports both types it will only support one time at a time.

There are boards now that support DDR and DDR2 but you cant use 1 stick of DDR and 1 stick of DDR2 it doesn't work!

Probably not.

There's probably a dip switch that you have to set to use either one or the other.
