Khara has various meanings (see urbandictionary.com) for all of them.
One definition is as follows:
In Persian mythology it means A gigantic three-legged a s s which stands in the middle of the sea Vourukasha. The creature has six eyes; two are on the usual place, two are on top of its head, and two are in the hump. With the help of his sharp eyes he overcomes evil and helps in the management of the world. Additionally, he has nine mouths and one horn.

In which language you got this word.I think its Karma.It's a Indian word.It means reincarnation.In Sri Lanka Khara means a Thug,a gangster.
