Not sure exactly what you are looking for. A person can be charged with making false statements in any police investigation. If someone is just "talking" about another person doing something that is untrue, it can be slander and result in a lawsuit. Hope this helps.

This varies from state to state or country to country. In Florida a flase statement about dv made in order to get an injunction for protection is a misdeanor. A false report of dv with child present can also be a felony if this report is made to DCF (CPS). Hope this helps.

I am not very sure but when a person give false statement is not good thing..
