Well, it depends. On some people, it will look tacky. But for some people, brown would go very nicely with their skin tone. But only if it's a neutral brown.

It depends on what backshade you have in the brown. If it has a red tint, it might look okay. If it has a yellow tint, leave it on the shelf! You can compare colors side-by-side, and really see a difference! Also, try the color next to your face (try the sunglasses mirror at the store!), and you can see how it goes with your skin color, your eye color, and hair color. All of it matters!

Brown lipstick doen't work for everybody, same as reds, pinks, tawneys, berries.....Lipstick needs to be tried on to know if it is right for you. So, my suggestion would be to go to www.marykay.com/rebecca for a virtual make-over. This will give you some sort of idea of colors to start with that would look right for you.

Yes, it does. If you want lipstick with a brownish hue, try the brownish reds or the nudes.

Not if it is a light brown.I like neutral browns they look very professional....
When it's too dark you can use them to go to clubs ect.....
If you have a very light skin i don't recommend the dark ones because it would make you look like a ghost!

yes, yes and yes. try a lip gloss not a lipstick. The lipgloss should be in a light shade.

Depends on your outfit and coloring.

For a job interview I'd go with something more conventional, though.

Well, it matters what your lip color/skin tone is, but generally I think it's yucky...
