I have wooden steps leading down to a lake that is behind my house. Apparently, wasps have built a nest underneath the step itself and I have no access to get to it other than spraying in between the boards. This has proven unsuccessful. How can I kill the wasps and the nest without tearing up the wooden boards?

A fogger placed underneath the steps should do the trick. You could always just knock the nest down at night when they are alseep, though I'm not sure how accessable it is.

You might want to contact an exterminator.. He may have special equipment for removing such a nest in such a place.... Or try using a fogger... or two depending on how big the nest is... That might help....

Maybe you could remove just one step and throw some foggers in there, even if it is outside I doubt there is much wind under the area to blow the fog away.
Other than that I would contact an exterminator
