LOL. I actually had a patient who had this very philosophy. She would buy bubble wrap by the rolls. I would walk by her hospital room and there she would be sitting popping her bubble wrap. I did however end up having to close the door as she was annoying the other patients. In reality I think they were jealous and wanted a roll or two of their own.

Therapy is covered by most major insurance companies and is really helpful and nothing to be ashed of.. I went for a month for a $10 copay.... Although, bubble wrap is fun.. it's no substitute for good therapy !!!
