Why even i have installed a new driver for it... Plzz Help Me!!

You are confusing yourself. The amount of "bits" your video card has onboard has *nothing* do with the the color properties. It's just a coincidence they both use "bits" as measurement.

Amount of colors available depends on how big of resolution you want to display and amount of memory onboard the video card. However, amount of memory is usually counted as BYTES (each of which is 8 bits). 32-bit color means each pixel has 4 bytes (4 bytes at 8 bits each) of color info. So at 1024x768, you multiple 1024x768x4 to get the number of bytes (it's pretty big number)

Your video card's memory size, as we said before, is measured in bytes, or megabytes (MB), to be specific. The more MB it has, the higher resolution AND more colors it can handle. But you eyes cannot detect more than 32-bit color, so why go beyond that?

Thats what colors display at is 32Bits

Your games and what not can display 128Bits or more your card is fine!
