If a woman becomes pregnant during her fertile days would she still see her cervical mucus that helps carry the sperm to meet a couple days after?

Yes, you would still have fertile cervical mucus. The cervical mucus is what the sperm swims through to reach the egg. And a woman can't get pregnant until after the egg has been released, the sperm swims to the egg, and then when the sperm penetrates the egg conception has taken place. This marks the beginning of pregnancy.
And the mucus doesn't come after the egg is released, it comes a day or 2 before the egg is released and then dries up soon after ovulation.

It is very possible for the sperm to fertilize the egg successfully and for there to still be some noticeable mucus afterwards. Good luck!

I know of at least a few dozen women for which this has happened.

CM doesn't just go away right after ovulation, whether or not conception has occurred. It usually dries up over the course of a few days.... but this isn't necessarily the case with everyone. I don't think CM is a good indicator of being pregnant or not being pregnant. You have to wait the two weeks to take a test.
