I think understand what you're trying to get at, you can not decide to keep a baby if the mother doesn't want to... I understand that this is a difficult choice for you but a baby can not be sustained in an artificial environment a child needs nutrients that only a mother (host) can offer and levels of protection that only a womb can offer... A father's choice does not play into whether a baby is born or not, a sad thing but it's the woman's right because her body goes through changes both emotional and physical and unfortunately men can not understand many of these changes... you can not take anybody to court for murder if the mother of your baby chose to terminate her pregnancy... I suggest that you sit down with a counselor and the mother of your baby and discuss your thoughts and feelings to see if a different arrangement can be made if not then take some time for yourself with a counselor to sort through the feelings that you're dealing with... I THINK you mean "SEXIST" or Sexually Prejudice? If so... the only thing you can do is sit down with your partner and REALLY TRY to talk things through.
If not, you really have no choice nor power over what she does with her body.
And no... there arent any facilities out there that can remove her fetus and place it in an artificial environment. IF they were available to the public, I can only imagine you would spend AT LEAST $1,000,000 in medical and housing fees and such... have you ever seen the costs of regular hospital fees? EVEN WITH insurance...
So.. really... just try and talk to her, CALMLY. Maybe she isnt aware just how much love you have for this baby.... you never know.. maybe she will have a change of heart knowing you want to be a loving father.

it sucks but there is nothing you can do. Unfortunately/fortunately, whatever way people look at it, a mother can do whatever she wants. If you were to sue her for abortion it would be going against an amendment which takes that she has complete control of her own body. This, in many cases has helped women and in many others hurt other people. A woman has a right to do whatever she wants to her body as long as it is legal. Sorry, this is probably not what you are looking forward to hearing

it can't be done, that's the problem. you can't incubate a fetus outside of the womb. it would be great if you could, imo, because then fathers that want the child that the mother does not want to carry could take them. but it's far far from happening.
a man does not have a say because he's not definitly the father.
as for most abortions being had by minorities, that's false.
there's nothing racist about it.
