Education in Sweden?

I have cleared my 12 year education with Medical Subjects. Now I am looking to studying medicine in Sweden. Does anybody know which are good universities and what kind of prerequisite courses are necessary and how to apply for admission?

I'm not sure what you need to do, but here are the websites for the five biggest universities with medical education.

Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg universities have renowned teaching hospitals, research programs, and medical training. Google their websites for more information.
