my mother in law what charged with Embezzlement. under $200 us dollars. she get arrested last week she is home now. but she have a court date in OCT 18th. what could happened will she goes to jail. we live in Fairfax county VA. she never had a crime record before. this is her first charged. and it was from her job. at target. she was taped
