I know that they randomly pick winners to stay the night there but is there a way to rent it out..?

Not right now, you can only win it in the Year of a Million Dreams promotion.
After the promotion is over, there is a possiblity that you can pay to spend the night in the suite, but I don't know if they will offer it or not. The biggest rumor right now is that it will be used for corporate sponsors, things like Extreme Home Makeover and events like that and it won't really be available to the general public. If it is released to the general public it will be extremely hard to get, everyone will want that one room at Disney and the price is going to be pretty high, considering how limited and rare it will be.
Wait till next year and there is a chance you may be able to pay to stay there. Check out message boards and things where they have updated information for what Disney is planning to do with the suite.

sadly, no. thatd be so cool if you could stay there though. when i went in spring i was watching the tv and they said they usually pick someone in the park in the morning, randomly. so if you really want the stay there, go to the magic kingdom in the morning, and keep alert for disney workers :] also, they hand out random gifts to people also. i usually dont go in the morning, so i wouldnt know anything about it personally

No, you can not rent the suite, but if you want to try to go to guest relations on the left side of magic kindom early in the morning, you can try to bribe them to pick you. There goal is to make every customer happy.

Unfortunately no you cant rent out the suite. Maybe someday you will be able to.

They have just extended this promotion to 2008, so certainly no time soon. Speculation is that they will eventually open it up for reservations, but who knows when? And it will probably be extremely expensive!

No, you can only win the stay there. It is part of there promotion which is being extended to 2008
