f(x + h) - f(x) = 9 - 4(x + h) - (9 - 4x)
f(x + h) - f(x) = 9 - 4x - 4h - 9 + 4x
f(x + h) - f(x) = - 4h
[ f(x + h) - f(x) ] / h = - 4

put a+h in the place of x
f(a+h)=9-4(a+h)=9-4a-4h -1)
put a in place of x
f(a)=9-4a -2)
( f(a+h)-f(a) )/h =( 9-4a-4h-9+4a ) /h
= -4h/h
= -4

f(x)=9-4x
f(a+h)=9-4(a+h)
& f(a)=9-4a
so {f(a+h)-f(a)}/h=[{9-4{(a+h)-{9-4a}/h
or =-4h/h=-4 ans

f(x)=9-4x
f(a+h)=9-4(a+h)
=9-4a-4h
f(a=9-4a),
f(a+h)-f(a)=-4h
[f(a+h)]-f(a)] /h=-4 ANS.
