you get a really bad foot or leg cramp? How do you get rid of it? I usually jump around but I had one yesterday when I was driving so that was out of the question!!

Wiggle your toes. That usually loosens the muscles. Jumping around isn't going to do it.

lol... yeah especially when it happens in the middle of the night. I usually stand up and put pressure on the leg that is cramping and then move my ankle in a circular rotation. For some reason, it helps it go away quicker. I've heard that eating bananas will help because the cramps mean you are low on potassium.

Ooooh. The driving cramp. That one always sucks! But the one I can't stand is when I'm sleeping away and all of a sudden.... CALF MUSCLE! Ouch! When I get that one I just hold on to my leg and massage my calf until it somewhat goes away.

This always happens when I wake up.

I stretch it out till it hurts just a little. Then I try exercising it a little. Then I stretch it some more...

Sometimes I even rub the area that hurts.

You're supposed to stretch it and stand on the balls of your feet. Or massage it Heh. I woke up with leg cramp that lasted for two minutes heh. They're commonly called charley's horse

your suppose to straighten out your leg and lift your foot up from the ankle. or stand 3 feet away from a wall and lean forward till your hands are supporting you on the wall. that stretching will ease the pain.

Yep, it hurts - I usually have to grab my foot or flex it in the opposite way.. If I try to let it pass, it usually tightens up more and more..

I think it hurts worse when you stub your toe at the pool, though!
