I have found that McDonald's seems better to me. The ingredients seem fresher and recipes are a little more original and interesting.

McDonalds salads are a delicious, lo-cal treat when you eat them with the right dressings ... and always opt for grilled chicken instead of fried! Enjoy!

I would say Wendy's beats McDonalds hands down but Jack in the Box does have good salads..:)

wendy's!! this is because McDonald's salad dressing has just as much fat in it as their french fries. I don't know about you, but when I eat a salad, I wanna feel good about myself eating something healthy. At Micky D's you are putting nothing but fat in your body.

Wendy's hands down, they definetely put more into the salads, they are more tasty nad nicer to look at. Good stuff!

I like McDonalds Salads. The Asian Zing and the Southwest Salads are the best. I was really suprised when I tasted both of them.

I like wendys better.I guess it varies by the store.They are all independantly owend.Quiznos offers some new salads also black n blue etc.they are yummy!!

but my favorite is Jack in the box...they have a great asian chicken salad.
