I want to get a good cricket game, but they're not easy to get in the US and usually have to be bought shipped from the UK. So since I'm going to Europe, I want to get a game myself. But will it work when I bring it back home?

I don't want to have to buy extra accessories.

Unlikely, U.S. games/tvs are in an NTSC format while Europe uses a PAL format.

There are some accessories that will allow you play games with other formats, and some of them actually quite reasonable in cost.

Check the format of the disc before you buy it, and make sure it is an NTSC game.

I just came across a site that sends you a Playstation 3 for free! I'm ordering mine right now.

No, not unless your PS2 is chipped.
