Winning? Welcome to Vietnam the sequel. Wasted lives for a wasted cause. No terrorists, no WMD's, all so we can lower oil prices by 25c a gallon. If all the conservative warhawks would sign their kids up for the war it would be over quickly. Sadly the strongest supporters of war are sitting on their couch now. Pick up a weapon and go fight before you say you support this war.

Winning? Isn't that like safer? We're safer but not safe. We're winning, but we haven't won. Mission accomplished, but we still have to accomplish our mission. Our troops have been leaving, we just don't see the flag draped coffins in which they come home. Unless we are willing to kill everyone in Iraq, we won't beat people who don't wear uniforms with military force. We are doing nothing more than occupying their country. As soon as we leave the country will explode into a power struggle. This is a do over of Vietnam, we didn't learn then and we aren't learning now. Stupid is as stupid does.

different than for the willingness to "alter his sixteen month plan for withdrawal," he has no longer replaced. that is what he's often been saying. you have been listening to the Republican propaganda that suggested he became loopy left. he's been middle left; approximately as a ways left as McCain became genuine. they're the two very middle. yet you listened to them whilst they tried to pin a ways left recommendations to Obama; and now that he's saying the middle recommendations (which he has been saying all alongside), you're saying he switched and moved to middle. He became continually there, he in no way espoused the a ways left recommendations regularly attributed to him by using Republican propaganda ingredients. that's different than the sixteen month withdrawal theory. That became it from the commencing up and that i do agree he seems to be leaving in the back of it. i'm extremely greatly surprised he did; it messes along with his image of being "a clean form of flesh presser." i think of he's attempting to get those interior the middle, people who are not beneficial the place they stand regarding the conflict. they desire out, yet they do no longer prefer to pass away and not utilising a victory--extremely they are going decrease to and fro on the subject. they desire out NOW, yet they do no longer desire out with a loss. they do no longer know which they desire greater. i think of Obama is attempting to soften his stance so as that they are going to experience he will pay interest to each and all the information and not make a drastic pass whether the circumstances recommend he ought to do in any different case. nonetheless, it does make him look greater like the previous politicians than the hot one he promised to be. He desires to be careful; each and every so regularly may well be forgiven yet too a lot and he will lose maximum of his cutting-edge help and could no longer get any new help.
