My tank is still going through its cycle, and only yesterday i did a %25 water change because my ammonia levels were too high, when i woke up in the morning i noticed my tank's water was really cloudy, i tried to use a product that clears cloudy water from tanks but it has not worked, does anyone know how to solve this and how i can prevent this in the future? Also i have 3 red Dwarf gauramis in the tank its about 38 litres.

OMG, never ever use any chemicals when cycling a tank, that' the worst you can do and will screw up your cycle

The cloudy tank is absolutely normal, the high ammonia is a good sign as well, that means you have bacterial bloom it's in the second part of the cycling procedure

Give it time, have patience, it will clear up, but watch your levels

Hope that helps
Good luck

Ditto to Ev, good call Ev. This will dissapate in time and is quite normal. I just want to add, keep in mind that clear water alone is not an indication, necessarily, that your water chemistry is fine. There are water clairfies that will not harm the fish or the overall ecosystem to keep cloudiness out, but this wouldn't be the solution to use in this case. You shouldn't have cloudiness issues in the future really. If you do seem to get that continual haze however, there is a strong possibility your ammonia is extensive enough to not be able to hold all the bacteria you need, and thus some of that bacteria stays in transition, in the bloom. Try reducing the amount of food, and thus in turn lowers your overall ammonia to be oxidized. Overall, don't stress cloudy water if your water chemistry is clear of ammonia and nitrite as it should be.

The ammonia levels were high! The white haze is caused by a bacteria bloom. You should do water changes daily of about 10% but don't clean the substrate.
It should clear up on its own within a week. You can use StressZyme to help bacteria growth that will break down waste and StressCoat that will detoxify tap water, reduce stress symptoms and somewhat reduce the toxicity of the ammonia. Both are made by API. There is another product like StressCoat from SeaChem called Prime. This will reduce casualites and shorten cycle time.
