Help with NVIDIA GeForce 7300?

i've updated my nvidia geforce 7300 LE yesterday, i downloaded this update: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winvista_x86_162.22.html

but after installing it, i tried playing maplestory, and suddenly everything seems to lag... the mouse in maplestory is not smooth. but when i go back to my desktop and moved my cursor it was fine and was smooth, so i dont think it is my mouse problem.

now i want to know how i can configure my nvidia geforce 7300 LE(like the settings). and see if it can help.if it might not work can you give me some other advice on how to fix my maplestory problem. thnx!

1. Lower display resolution
2. Use 16bit color quality instead of 32bit
3. Lower the game quality settings, possibly under options.

1 and 2 are adjusted in display properties and 3 in the game itself.

With the 7300LE, there is not that much that can be tweaked in Forceware. You can try to set the processor clock back to default, if you did overclock.

I would think that the problem could be solved in maple story:

1) You can try to tone down the settings a bit to see if it'll run faster.
2) Connect to server at a different time. Slowdown might be due to excess amount of players.
3) Download and apply any recent patches.

If Maple story is not responsible, it might be your system:

1) Try another MMORPG game, similar to maple story: RagnarokOnline, silkroadonline, and see if they work.
2) Try rolling back the driver you installed.
Control Panel>Device Manager>Display Adapters>Drivers
3) Try uninstalling forceware
4) If you have another monitor port, connect your monitor to that and try playing to see if the problem is the card.
5) Check the internet connection; does IE/Firefox Lag?
