he sounds like a player and I say blood is thicker than water! No guy is worth jeopardizing your relationship with your sister.

Yeah that's wrong! I would tell you sister what happened. Just warn her that she may get her heart broken. If he would do this to you and then ask your sister out, why wouldn't he do again? If you are going to be mad or jealous if your sister dates this guy then tell her. You don't want to have a bad relationship because of a guy!!

if a guy kisses you and then ask you rsister out if your sister knew about it she shold say NO that's note nice you and y ou sister should both punish that guy. because he shoulnot have done something like that.

its not wrong but if before kissing you he talked about going out then it is but if yall just kissed and that was it you may need to take hint that it was just as friends and there is nothing more.......but dont get worked up over it boys come and go. and obv. you were to good for him cuz he had to go to your sister.........so hun really he is a sleez.......

No, it's not wrong. He had no commitment with you, he was not your boyfriend, so he's free to ask out whomever he wants. She should do whatever she wants to do.
