Berlitz has a series of books and tapes (or CDs probably now) that teach Spanish, French, and German. They are called Berlitz Jr. and feature a teddy bear. I'm not sure if they're still on the market, but my son loved them when he was little.

We also have always enjoyed the cat in the hat French and Spanish dictionaries.

pick up a Spanish version of a video your kids know from the library. It will be most fun for them to see a real movie, not a teaching video, and they will learn it just as fast. If they are old enough to play computer games get them some soanish ones. It can also help to get a spanish nanny. I have seen kids learn spanish just from hearing their nanny speak. It is great to teach them a language so early!!
