At this stage there is no direct. Air Canada does a flight that stops off at Honolulu for a few hours. Qantas does a flight in peak season that goes via San Francisco and Air Pacific does a flight via Fiji & Honolulu. There are also many other airlines that go via Asia, though via the South Pacific is the quickest way to fly. You can also fly from Sydney directly to LA and then pick up a connecting flight to Vancouver.
