my friend got in an accident and he got a misdemeanor for driving without a license, and he's only 16, so they restricted him from driving until he's 18, but he got caught driving without insurance and a license . His car got towed and he's at the police station. So whats going to happen to him???

He'll have his license suspended or revoked entirely, be fined and possibly face probation.
The penalties change from state to state, so you should check your state's DMV website.

Well he will be now personally responsible for all the damage and any injuries. It will end up costing him thousands of dollars for damages. High fines, court cost, and attorneys fee's. His insurance when he does get a license is going to cost around $3000-5000 a year to insure a privious uninsured driver.

Possibly fined and perhaps confined in a juvenile facility. If it is his car, he may have to turn in the plates or the car may be impounded. His parents will be called into court since he is a minor.
