The most populated city i india is mumbai.There is people all around you try to walk. It is so populated because there are people not only who have born there but also who want or are in search of jobs. People from all over the country come-down to mumbai and so its is highly populated.

As far as the health care system goes, India is a fledgling country where majority of the population does not have health care coverage. Till now people have believed in saving for health problems and preventive health measures are minimal. Lately the Indians are seeing health products being sold by Insurance companies. These range anywhere from a regular annual physical exam to terminally ill diseases like cancer.
