nauseous and vomiting for that long and you haven't seen a doctor? I suspect then that you already know what is causing it, anyone with any sense would have seen a doctor after one month of that sort of thing if they had no idea what the problem was. My first thought is pregnancy, but there is also thyroid imbalances and diabetes to look at. Suggest you stop trying to self diagnose and see a doctor.

What about your diet? Are you exercising? Pregnant? How old are you? Let us know that stuff and then you will get better responses.... although...
I had a similar problem. Caused by stress. I didn't even know I was that stressed out. Guess was too busy to notice the decline in my health. I wasn't eating right, and I was way too spazzed. Nausea, vomiting, unable to eat, headaches big time, insomnia. Good news is I lost 10 lbs... I got off that crazy merry-go-round and started eating better food, taking walks and getting 8 hours of sleep with the help of melatonin (vitamin).
12 hours of sleep is way too much and points to depression. The nausea could be caused by the headaches. Migraines will make you nauseas and all sorts of lovely things. It could be one things causing all your symptoms or it could be a lot of little things making you miserable. Although, it REALLY sounds like pregnancy... go get a test and pee on the stick.
If you don't want to go see a doctor, here's what you need to do. Drink more water. Don't eat anything greasy. Stop sleeping so much. Go for at least a one mile walk (even if you walk slow, it only takes 15 minutes, so don't whine about the exercise). in the morning. Go to the pharmacy and describe your symptoms to the pharmacist and ask them if they can help you pick out some god vitamins. If they give you a hard time, tell them you already went to the doctor and couldn't find anything wrong.
If you do this stuff, and you don't feel any better in two weeks, then you HAVE to go see a doctor.
I'm all about trying to clear things up on my own and only going to the doctor for check-ups and stuff.... but 2 1/2 months is a really long time to be feeling so crappy.

Go get it checked out

hmmm i definately think you should see a doctor. but i've been having a lot of those problems too, minus the nausea... and they couldn't find anything wrong with me! you may have migraines or tension headaches. cause my mom is convinced that my problems are caused from stress and hence causing the tension headaches. cause they are also associated with back problems, and when i get someone to give me a back massage, my headaches feel sooo much better.

pregnancy, allergies, blood pressure issues, blood sugar balance issues... these are all things that could cause the symptoms you're speaking of. I suggest seeing a doctor. Good luck!

You could have an ectopic pregnancy which may be why you still kinda get spotting, you may also have something more severe, like something might be worng with your liver, or you may have gall stones or bladder stones..you need to go to the DOC..ASAP missy!

I understand your questing here for ideas. But the truth is you must go see a Dr. Don't mess with your health. If it is something serious and you wait, the consequences of that could be bad.
