Toss it in the trash...
Calling them will only give them a chance to say you wanted the item...(magazine, whatever)...and to keep billing you...
NEVER validate recieving this kind of thing...throw it away..shred it, whatever...if you did not order it...you are in no obligation to pay it...if you begin to acutally RECIEVE the items they are billing you for, write on the bill that you will consider all future shipments a "gift" and will not be paying for them.
There really should be some writing (however small) somewhere on that bill that states it is for "advertising purposes" and is not a real bill....
You can also always alert your states Attorney General's office...they LOVE this stuff!

If there is a number to call on the billing statement then call it (as long as it is a 800 number). Tell them you got a bill from them, but you did not order any magazines from them. If they persist then report them to the Attorney General's office for your state and their state. And throw the billing statement away.

Send it back with a statement that you did not order the magazine. If there is a number, call them and tell them you did not order it and do not want it. Make sure you didn't do one of those "free trial" offers.

Make a photocopy of it and write "NOT ORDERED" across the bill and mail it back to them.
Otherwise, if a phone number is listed, call them, and get the name of the person you speak to.

Call them and tell them to stop sending you things. I believe, by law, they are supposed to leave you alone for x amount of years.
