The only thing i could think of is that it could be implantation bleeding, and since its brown that means its older blood... so maybe thats what it is. I had some bleeding in the beginning of my pregnancy and it scared the crap out of me. I even passed a small clot and i FREAKED OUT... but i went to the ER and baby was still there doin okay. :) If youre not feeling any pain along with the bleeding try not to worry soo much since you will be going to the doctor soon. I still havent been able to go to the doctor yet(im going in a few days though), but i know baby is okay because i have felt him/her move! :) So youre probably okay... from what youre saying implantation bleeding is what it sounds like. Good luck and i hope everything goes good when you see your doc!

I went thru the same thing, it was never bleeding, just that brown spotting which is old blood.it lasted until i was 14 weeks pregnant. I had to go thru numerous unecessary scans and tests because the doctor considered it a threatened pregnancy.I am now 22 weeks pregnant and have not had a problem at all.
What doctors do not tell you is that 25% of all pregnancies have some slight spotting or even bleeding and do not have any problems.
If you start passing blood or greying looking clots or have any abdominal pains than contact your doctor, otherwise, enjoy your pregnancy!

i started to pass thick brown stuff like dried old blood from the day i was 5 wks pregnant to exactly 8 wks, i had a scan at 6 and a half wks because of this and all was ok, they couldnt see what had been causing it either, i was worried because id had a miscarriage before but im now 26 wks, contact your doctor to arrange an early scan they will do one at about 6 and a half wks because thats when the heartbeat can be detected on ultrasound just tell them about the spotting, im sure you will be ok especially as theres no thick blood/clots in it, good luck

Since it had a dark color, it's more than likely just old blood, and you have nothing to worry about. If the bleeding is constant, red in color and accompanied by cramping and heavy, then you have something to worry about. Just relax, any stress can make things worse. I too spotted in my first 7 weeks of pregnancy and now I'm at 15 weeks and the baby is just wonderful! Congratulations!

I bleed from 6 weeks till 8, sometimes it was light but others it was heavy, when I went to doctors he said 1 in 5 women bleed during pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry to much.

I think it could be implantation bleeding. I had exactly what you decribed.. and it was roughly a few days after I should have started... it just lasted for one day and then went away... a few days later I had a positive test. Just to be sure, take it easy and relax and Im sure you will be fine!

Dont worry sometimes you can get a slight discharge around the time your period was due. 3 positive tests cant be wrong. Its just your hormones changing.
