Is it expensive? I also want to know if they still sell chia pets because I really want one.

I live in a small town and we have road side vendors for bonsai trees. Malls usually have them and you can find them online as well. If you have the drive, you can even grow one of your own.
Here is a site for beginner bonsai trees. These seem to be appropriately priced.

Here is a video from Expert Village that shows beginners how to grow their own bonsai trees. I've used Expert Village videos frequently because they are free and very informative.

I've also seen them at Walgreens and Wal-Mart.

Good luck

You can find chia pets at Wal-Mart and Target, I think I've seen them both places.

Bonsai trees can be expensive depending on the variety and age, but are readily available at online florists and probably at larger florists near and around large metropolitan areas.
