Out Apt Manager signs all documents (including lease) as name of his company instead of his own name. So the signature says XYZ company instead of the name of the person. Is this a valid signature?

If he is the authorized agent of the company, yes. This also keeps him from being the target of a lawsuit (in some cases) when the actual target should be the company. I agree that he should sing his name and then add "company rep" or "signing as agent for XYZ".

probably. although he should sign his actual name and then put "as an agent of XYZ company"

he shouldn't sign his own name, bc unless he is the president or owner of XYZ company, he shouldnt sign the lease.

him signing as XYZ company just makes the company liable for any wrongdoing, ie the company's officers, directors, etc. and not him
i wouldn't worry about it.

hmm, I would doubt it...but then again they let people stamp signatures too. Good question
