The question is not clear without figure. If BC and AD are bases, we have: 2EF = BC + AD, or: 45x + 18 = 47x + 12 and hence x = 3 and AD = 102. But if CD and AB would be the bases, we would have BC = AD = 17x = 30x + 12 and hence x be negative. It should not be the case. Therefore, AD = 102
