I have heard so much rumors on this from spoilers. Nobody knows for sure, yet. Where going to have to wait and see in today's episode. I read that she was found guilty and she is out on bail. Someone unexpected suppose to help her out. But with the so many spoiler rumors you do not know what to believe. I also heard she was not suppose to do any jail time. Then i heard from another source saying,"she is suppose to some jail time and she suppose to find out some kind of big secret while she is in jail. But i am confused on all this now. I do not know what to believe. I am going to have to wait until today to see what happens in Y and R./

Well I look at soap spoiler websites and everyone is different about Phylliss' sentence. Some say she is and some not. Some say she's going to get the maximum penalty. I'm not going to say what I wish would happen because everyone has a different opinion about whether she should do jail time or not! Anyways I guess its going to have to be a suprise. I can't wait to see what the outcome of it is tho. This has gotta be the best and most dramatic soap on tv right now. I love it!

Best of Luck

I read today that she is going to sentenced to the maximum, 6 years and that she will actually go to jail for awhile. One of the articles I read said that something significant will happen to her while she's in prison. Her sentencing is supposed to happen sometime mid next week.

According to some spoilers I've read, she was sentenced to six years in prison. Nikki has said she will raise Summer while her mother is in jail.

And I agree with Tonya. I think this is a ridiculous storyline, and wasn't Michelle Stafford signed to a three-year contract extension? How could this have happened.

I heard that she is not going to jail because of a technicality. They are going to find out that Brad is not really Brad Carlton, so you can't charge someone for blackmailing someone if the person doesn't exist.

It's just joing to have to be a surprise until they announce it because no one know for sure, because it's supposedly going to be someone that helps her but it's going to be a big surprise to Phillis and everyone else so you're going to have to stay tuned to find out.

She is not going to jail. What can the writers do with her character if she's in there?!
