I do't know any from France or Thailand, but Hatesphere is from Denmark, Meshuggah from Norway, and KMFDM from Germany.

From France and Thailand I don't know, but other Heavy Industrial Metal bands similar to Slipknot and Rammstein would be Fear Factory, Static-X, Mushroomhead, Mudvayne, Sepultura, Soil, Chimera, and Coal Chamber to name a few. If you can like female opera-style vocals with metal I would highly recommend Nightwish or Lacuna Coil.

For Slipknot I would suggest Mudvayne and Mushroomhead. For Rammstein I would suggest Ministry and KMFDM.

Mudvayne - "L.D. 50"
Ministry - "Psalm 69"
KMFDM - "Nihil" or "Xtort" or Symbols

i'm not sure from france or thailand but megaherz is pretty good. they are close to rammstein. i think you'd like them. also you could determined, dig, happy, and not falling from mudvayne.
