I think that people should make a place where teens can go and live. All teens think they are responsible enough to go live on their own. Well I think that they should make a town or whatever where TEENS can live with NO parents and see how hard it is. I'd like to do that. I think it'd be fun. Who agrees? Sort of like Kid Nation...but more for teens. We would have jobs and houses of our own. I think that would be AWESOME. Adults ALWAYS complain about how much of a pain we are and how irresponsible we are. I think we should prove them wrong. Just an idea and my opinion.

Not just any teen could do it. Without any adults around whatsoever who could they turn to for advice and support, etc? Oh yeah, the internet. I forgot. But still, that isn't the same, is it?
I think instead there should be a six month long program or whatever for teens to go live without adult supervision. Although first they should have to take classes to prepare for living as an adult, and take a test - things like being able to cook, etc. Primarily they would be on their own but adults should pop in every once in a while to make sure everything is going okay. Even better would be if the teens had a source of contact to get ahold of in case something went wrong.
I kind of like your idea but it sounds more like a fantasy, because you have not really thought it through. No offense, it sounds like fun though - and a lot of hard work!

In mexico city there is a place called ciudad de los ninos (the n has a squigaly line over it), Kids city, you can go there for a doy you get jobs you get your own house, you caqn even run for mayor.But the maximum age is 13.

this proves why we say teens are irresponsible and immature they come up with stupid hair brained ideas like this. never gonna happen. teens on there own violent crimes would sky rocket (rape and murder) teens lack life experience to be let loose on their own your naive and stupid and trust everyone. even strangers on the web you all wouldnt last a week,

ok i was the biggest pain in the world when i was a kid, and you may think it would be cool without parents, and it would for a while until you got homesick, but wait where are your parents that you dont need??? they are just teaching you stuff so you can grow up mature and be street smart. but i agree that would be pretty cool. i would go do it.

Ahh if only. It may not be going to happen, but if it did it would be great. However, then you would have like every teenager in the world wanting to go and live there.

uh well unless you hand picked all the teens and only looked for the (few) good ones.. it wouldn't fly. sry to burst your bubble but most teens are irresponsible, and if that happened there would be pregnancies left and right, and everyone would be drunk or on drugs. its sad

I think teenagers need to stop being so eager to grow up and learn to appreciate their childhood while they can. You'll have plenty of time to live on your own and prove yourself when you are an adult.

not all teenagers are like that and the ones who are stupid enough to do this would probably run amok and just steal from each other, why do you think they have teachers at school and not just a robot?
