I found out I was pregnant six weeks after I conceived - the "signs" were the sore breasts more than anything. They hurt SOOO bad that I almost smacked my husband for rubbing up aginst them. Then I confirmed with one, then four different at-home tests and finally one at the OB with an ultrasound. (Yeah, I'm a little paranoid, I know!) Anyhoo, Good Luck!

Is there anyway to determine a pregnancy in within a month? For example a bigger tummy, swollen breast etc?

Well the bigger tummy won't start for a few more months.
Swollen, painful breasts were my first symptom. Also extreme fatigue, frequent trips to the bathroom (I had to pee all night long!) and general nausea and malaise. Plus, I just "knew"..your body alerts you in intuitive ways, too. Better eat well and take vitamins just in case. No alcohol or smokes either!

Generally woman lose weight in the first 4 weeks. The baby at this point is WAY to small to cause your tummy to swell. It can just however be bloating.

Your picture doesn't look very feminine. If you aren't a woman, a bigger tummy and swollen breasts means you should lay off the beer and chips.
