I don't see many if any doing that. I think Vitter is a hypocrite for his legislative agenda compared to his personal life and also am not a fan of Newt for many reasons. I definitely think Foley was scum that needed to be out of Congress but what you probably saw from conservatives on that one is that the use of political blogs to try to portray all republicans as accepting this type of behavior by Foley when most had not idea that it was happening, just another example of the Daily Kos and George Soros manipulation of news events.

Conservatives don't like their dirty laundry made public.
Liberal thinking means you bring bad behavior out into the light and address it and hopefully fix it.
Conservatives think if you just ignore it it will go away and you certainly don't talk about it in mixed company, heaven forbid!
