Most would sleep in the Servant's quarters, near the kitchen, usually. However, the Fool, or Jester, would sleep in the King's Chamber, and some Servants would sleep in the hallway outside the King's chamber. The reason for this is because the Fool must be ready to entertain at any time, and the servants outside would fetch for the king anything he desired. The Fool, along with entertaining, would also advise the King, and serve as the King's confidant if he did not go to Confession (which they often didn't).
Yup, the Jester was a very knowlegeable man indeed. Hope that helped.

They sleep in the servants quarters usually located closely to the kitchen and laundry and usually on lower floor of the castle with a private servants entrance so they are not seen by the nobility.

In those I've read on, the servants slept where they worked. Those that worked directly with family slept literally under the stairs. As an example, those the worked in the great rooms, under the tables and as close to the fire as possible.

Er, servant's quarters would be my guess. Someplace where every part of the castle is readily accessible.
