Subway is good. Wendy's is OK too but I admit it's hard picking a salad when a pitcher of a double cheeseburger is right in your face. Not that type of temptation at Subway.

Subway, but more and more fast food restaurants are offering healthier choices. Wendy's has chilli and side salads, baked potatoes, fruit and yogurt..I think the key is being careful about what you choose anywhere, keep the portions small and stay aware of what is on your food. Even Subway can be unhealthy if you add extra mayo, get the bag of chips and cookies w/ a large soda. Most fast food places have broiled chicken sandwiches offered as well.

In my opinion, Subway is the healthiest fast food restaurant.

Subway and eat from under the fit menu Jarod's picks, all those sandwiches have 6 or less grams of fats and nutritional info listed on napkins and get a water to go with it. The Subway Club on wheat bread from under there is very good. They even off them on pita's if you want to avoid the bread.

Subway hands down.

But you can eat healty at other places. Get salads and go light on the dressing, get grilled chick sammy instead of fried. Get Diet soda or water instead of a normal soda, and skip the fries, and shakes. Some places such as Md's offer apples for kids meals, ask for those on the side.

Subway would be my first pick. But you just have to make good choices wherever you go. That fruit & yogurt parfait at McD's is pretty good. Maybe a lotta sugar though? If you plan ahead you can pack healthy snacks like nuts and raw veggies.

Probably Subway.....I know how you feel. I get sick of salads, too. But you can at least switch up their sandwiches every now and then.
