A solution for affordable coverage will never be found . Remember this is a money hungry country. Socialized medicine is the best option. There are so many people out there that don't have insurance. Those that do are obviously against socialized medicine. But put them in the shoes of somebody who has no health insurance, and lets see what there take is on it then. Everybody deserves medical treatment. I pay alot out of my pay check for Health insurance for my family. I would be more than willing to contribute even more. so that everyone will be able to be medically treated. Insurance companies are rip offs. even to buy prescription medicines is a rip off. I went to the drug store today, and found out that a woman was in the store earlier in the day and had a prescription of 30 pills, It cost her one thousand dollars. Why is that. 30 pills should not cost that much. we are being ripped off.

For being the richest country in the world the USA is pitiful at taking care of their own. Billions are spent on a war that benefits no one. Millions in America are homeless. Many people, myself included, cannot afford health insurance. many people cannot go to the doctor at all because they can't afford to pay for the visit and don't have insurance. I believe there should be socialized medicine in the USA.

Socialized health care is a great idea. Yes the rich will still have access to better health care and taxes would be higher. But so many more people would benefit, especially if money was used on preventative care.

This is my answer to socialized medicine. In socialized Medicine if someone needs medical treatment they have to be put on a waiting list. Some of those lists can be months long. say for instance someone needs an apdectomy in socialized medicine thay are put on a list and there may or may not be 60 people ahead of them, they have to wait their turn. In unsocialized medicine we may have to wait in line but we don't have to be put on a waiting list to get medical treatment.
