When i first started my tank i got an anomie think they look cool but now i realize that its pretty big and i cant put things around it because i guess it zaps other corals and doesnt let them fully open. Is there any way to make the anomie move from the hole it is in with out killing it?

There are two things you can try: shade the spot where it's currently at in hopes that it will move to find better lighting, but that's no guarantee that it won't move back to the same spot. Or change the water movement in that spot by using a powerhead to direct water toward or away from it (don't put the powerhead too near the anemone and use a sponge attachment so it doesn't accidentally get its tentacles caught in it - also don't create too strong of a flow!).

Anemeones have specific needs as far as lighting and current, and they'll go where conditions suit them the best (and sometimes just to explore to make sure there isn't a better place if they're new or there's been some rearrangement on their tank) and NOT always where we'd like them. About all you can do is to alter the conditions in the tank so that spot is less appealing.

Try changing the current.

let him go where he wants to go and once you notice he finds a permanent place thats he's content at.. place the corals away from him.
