I've liked this girl for almost 8 months since i met her, but the thing is i am sure she only sees me as a friend because of signs and big hints, but sometimes i get the feeling she may be interested, even a TAD, by things she may do/say...but i may be overlooking it
anyway, shes out of the country and we didnt speak for 3 weeks, she contacted me few days ago to see how i was doing. it was her birthday today and i dont know how often she checks her email so i facebooked her with a little funny message to check her gmail account because someone turned 23. the egreeting place informed me she viewed my e-birthday card but i havent heard from her, i know its only been like 10 hours but why cant i get her out of my head?
ive tried doing stuff with other girls but its hard cuz i suvk at it and i just dont try, and she keeps popping in my mind. i thought 3 weeks no talk would be good, but hasnt worked at all. any advice is great. thanks...

Stop with the hints. Tell her how you feel about her!
If she's not looking for something else... go after other girls...

give her a call, it better than using the net to talk to people, especially the girl you really like. ask her out, yes but do it very sweet.
