If she had sex with Axl, she would be the one committing suicide! Kurt is the only one who truly knows why he did it. But, if I had to make a guess, it would be that he had too much talent in him & not enough ways to express it. He was a very talented young man. The drugs didn't help. With all that talent in him trying to get out, & the drugs dulling him, it had to be one of the most conflicting feelings a person could have. But, you mentioned Courtney having sex with Axl. Maybe that's why she has been so screwed up for so long. It's a known fact, or maybe you could term it a joke, that Axl is the "shortest" of the short 2 minute men in the business.

Courtney killed Kurt, or that's what a number of conspiracy theries suspect. Their marriage was on the rocks and an emotional Courtney hired an assasain to hunt down and kill Kurt.
After Cobains death Courtney hired a detective to investigate and his findings were that Courtney may be a suspect.
" The main proponent of the existence of a conspiracy surrounding Cobain's death is Tom Grant, the private investigator employed by Love after Cobain's disappearance from rehab. Grant was still under Love's employ when Cobain's body was found. Grant believes that Cobain's death was a homicide."
A major factor to whether Kurt committed suicide or was killed is that his arms were not long enough to hold the shotgun at the angle when the trigger was pulled. The only way this could have been done is if he pulled the trigger with his foot, however when his body was found his boots were on his feet.
Do some research and you'll find that there is alot more to this story than meets the eye, wikipedia is a very good place to start.

Everything in the media is speculation. Only Kurt (and maybe his druggie wife Courtney Love) know for sure.

best thing to do is read Kurt Cobain's journal book
if you read that you'll see that he was pretty much obsessed with the idea for years and with all the drugs and all he just wasn't rational.
my understanding is that the book does talk about this some - prior to the event.
