iranians are shia. alquaeda are sunni muslims. In Iraq there is a civil war going on between sunnis and shias...they are killing each other. what do you think? maybe the iranians are supply both shia and sunni? you think they would do such a thing...like some other western countries who supply both sides in conflicts with arms? if so, they have learned from the best.

i'm almost positive there are ties... al quaeda is a fundamentalist islamic organization. and there are definitely those that share their views within Iran's political circle. it has been proven that Iran supports Hammas which is another fundamentalist group. it's hard to believe that they wouldn't support al quaeda. not to mention there have been many intercepted insurgents crossing the border from Iran. and there is no doubt in my mind that Iran watches their borders very closely, there's not much of a chance that a militant would be able to cross without Iran knowing....

They do. We have proof of it. They are suppling insurgents to Iraq through their borders and they are providing a path for Al Queda into Iraq from Pakistan.

Probally not,

Al quada is a Sunni terrorist group.

They hate shia muslims, as much as they hate everyone else.

Iran has shia muslims.
