how can you say that it is safe day to have sex?

It isn't safe. A woman can get pregnant on ANY day during her cycle. (It is just more likely when she is ovulating) She can even get pregnant when she has her period.
If you don't want a baby, the USE a CONDOM.

I think what you are talking about is either rhythm method or natural family planning, neither of which are 100% effective against pregnancy, and definitely not effective against STDs. The only effective method for preventing pregnancy is abstinence.

Very easy...if you are a boy, ask your girlfriend if she just had menstruation. If she said yes, you have 2 to 3 days to have sex with her without any worries.
If you are a girl, think of it yourself. After your menstruation, you are safe.

there is no calender time is save u can get pregnant even in Ur period. the matter fact there is no 100% save way. used birth control or a condom. or dont do it
