I have a white baking dish (caserole dish) that i can't get cleaned. It is sticky and gross...I've been scrubbing it and can't seem to get it clean.
Any suggestions?

If you want results, spray with oven cleaner, let sit for a couple of hours. Any burned on grease will dissolve. Wash as usual after. I always clean my baking and roasting pans with oven cleaner. No residual spots, they look like new.

Try Bar Keepers Friend. It is like a white powder that comes in a can similar to a comet can. I get mine at walmart. Use is all the time for that baked on stuff on pans. Wet the powder and apply it to the dish let it set a little and scrub. I have a white casserole dish I use alot and it is spotless. Good Luck!

Yes I have some suggestions Try cleaning your casserole dish with some Baking soda sprinkled in the bottom of the dish then add a little White Vinegar to form a paste then scrub with a non scratching nylon scrubber allow this mixture to sit for a few hours then scrub and rinse with hot water

To get cooked-on food stains off your glass ovenware, fill them with 1 part vinegar and 4 parts water, heat the mixture to a slow boil, and let it boil at a low level for five minutes. The stains should come off with some mild scrubbing once the mixture cools

I have heard of people using a Dryer sheet and hot water in the pan or dish to loosen baked on foods, just fill the dish with hot water and place a dryer sheet in there over night or several hours then remove dryer sheet and pour out water then rinse in warm water and scrub with baking soda or Barkeepers Friend brand scouring powder or even Bon Ami brand scouring powder

Enamelware or casserole dishes

Fill a dish that contains stuck food bits with boiling water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Let it stand and wash out.

Good Luck !

Even when I didn't have an automatic dishwasher I always kept a small bottle of liquid dishwasher detergent around.. It's handy for cleaning glass cassarole pans and even the bathtub... Just rub a thin coat all over the cassarole pan and soak in hot water that should take the stains off... Good luck

I don't know if you've tried running the baking dish through your (electric) dishwasher, but that would be your best bet. You might try running the dish through multiple washings (along with other dirty dishes). If it doesn't come out spotless after a couple of trips through the dishwasher, then it will probably never be fully clean again.

If you don't have a dishwasher, try filling the dish with warm water and a couple of tablespoons of dish washing soap. Leave it sit on the countertop for a day or two; THAT should loosen/dissolve almost anything.

There are lots of things you could try, but one that sometimes works is to put a tablespoon or two of powdered dishwasher detergent in the dish and fill with water to soak overnight or at least for a few hours. (That works especially well on scorched coffeepots.)

I had good luck with a Dawn product I think was called "Power Dissolver", but I haven't seen it in the stores lately. It really did the job on broiler pans and tough grease.

Good luck!

Put some dishwasher detergent in it, fill with water, heat to almost boiling or boil for 5-10 min. Wash in usual way. Works on pots that have burned on food like I did with string beans and boiled the pot dry. Good luck

Put water in it so stains are covered, add a squirt of dishwashing liquid, put in on the stove and bring it a boil, scrape with a spatula and clean, the sticky mess will come right off.
